- Timeframe for Returns: You may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Exceptions: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@subliabeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number (RAN) along with instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is complete.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at contact@subliabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect
